The brim is constructed over an industry standard cap insert made of high density foam board and is shapeable. Your handmade custom cap will be a unique personalized reflection of your own individual style, offering great attitude.
Hat size:
Measuring your head circumference: I need your head circumference to the 1/4". Measure around your head, above your ears, where you like to wear your hat. Go around the widest part of your head. Don't pull the tape or tool too tight. Measure a few times to obtain a consistent size. And please don't add to your measurement.
